Refund and Returns Policy

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

We only offer refunds/exchanges for damaged or defective goods. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You must cover the cost of returning the item. We will exchange the item if it is defective or damaged during delivery. We will require photographic evidence. Send us an email at dmonshin@gmail.com to begin the refund/exchange process.

Several types of goods are exempt from being refunded/exchanged: services such as online workshops and tarot readings. Due to the personal service nature, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for these.

Additional non-returnable/non-refundable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Workshops and readings
  • Non-attendance at workshops or readings

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 working days.

Late or missing refunds

Please allow 7 days from notification of your refund, before contacting us. If you haven’t received a refund after 7 days, first check your bank account/credit card company again. Next, contact your bank to see if the credit is pending. There is often some processing time before a refund is credited.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund within 10 days, please contact us at dmonshin@gmail.com.

Sale items

Sale items cannot be refunded. We will exchange the item if it is defective or damaged during delivery. We will require photographic evidence. Send us an email at dmonshin@gmail.com to begin the exchange process.

If the item was purchased for a third party, the buyer needs to contact us for a refund/exchange. We will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

We will notify you when we receive the returned item.

If you purchased our product from a third party you will need to contact them to refund/return/exchange. We only refund/return/exchange items purchased from deborahmonshin.com p

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
